I would love to hear Casey sing Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen and play his guitar. I'm crossing my fingers. He is my favorite and Crystal is talented too.

"I Don't Want To Be?" You have to be kidding me. What a cliched, played-out song choice for Casey to make. We've already seen this song done by four different contestants in past seasons, and I doubt that anyone (aside from Gavin DeGraw himself) will ever do it better than Bo Bice did in season 4. I'm really hoping that Casey had rights clearance issues with his song choice, and- given the rushed show schedule due to Crystal's hospitalization- had no choice but to pick a song that "Idol" had ready to use. If not, it doesn't exactly speak very well of his imagination.

I think "Zombie" will be too much rock for Shiobhan, unless she does accoustic. I would much rather hear her perform "I would do anything for love" by meatloaf or "Alone" by heart.

"Imagine" sounds good for Crystal, though I wont be surprised if she ends up taking on Bowie as Simon suggested.

Didi needs to stick to her guns like she did when she performed "Terrified". So ya, "A thousand miles" or "Buses and Trains" sound good.

Katie needs to perform anything younger. Michelle should stick to a diva RnB tune. I'm not sure what Paige should perform and Lily should stick to jazz/blues. Dont think the other 3 will make it to the top 12 so dont really mind what they do

That's a great suggestion for Siobhan. Out of the 20, I'm most looking forward to seeing what tricks she pulls out of her hat this week. High hopes for Crystal and Andrew as well. (And I'm reading ALL your posts!)

I personally would love to see Siobhan sing a modern rock song. Maybe something by a female rock singer.

Lilly definitely needs to stick to her indie strengths and DiDi needs to show off her pipes.

Me = HUGE Lacey fan (trust me the girl can sing, she just had a BAD night) --- I hope she pulls out a Nelly Furtato type of quirky vocal. Hopefully upbeat. If she can pull that off tonight, I think more people will warm up to her.
