Idol Maniac got has a few song spoilers for the Top 24 on American Idol. Some are specific, some not so much, but it will be fun to try to guess on the non-specific ones.
What should the Idol’s sing this week? It is Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 songs, form any year/any week so this theme is wide open. Over at Idol Forums, Idol Maniac has posted lists of Top 10 songs for the years 1972-1010, Here. What do you think the Idols should sing?
I believe that we will have a poster going to the Dress Rehearsals on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, so hopefully we will know all of the songs before the show begins.
Can you believe that we are already ready for the voting rounds? WOW! I don’t know about you, but come tomorrow night, my most frequented web page will once again be Dial Idol on Tuesday’s and Wendesday’s.
Anyway, here’s the already known list of songs:

I’m not sure if I like all of these song choices. The Who sounds good for Grady though!
‘Happy’ by Leona Lewis is a great song but I don’t know if Ashley has the vocal capabilities to hit those riffs and high notes without going vocally thin. I think Siobhan could have a moment if she used her belt voice and that awesome Joplin-esque scream. An Ingrid Michaelson track for Didi is completely normal but she needs to liven it up and stray away from the original. At the moment:
Bottom 2 females: Kateyln Epperly, Paige Miles (I know hardly any screen time but she seems unoriginal)
Bottom 2 males: Jose Munoz (lack of exposure but seems hopeless), Tim Urban
didi needs to GO HOME PLEASE, ugh.

She’s my fav. girl of the Top 24 and I really like her voice. Did yall not get along during Hollywood Week?
No Never!!! I can guarantee she will make the top 5
jason, margo is just upset because she had one of the worst hollywood performances in the history of idol and now she thinks because she spent a few days around some of these people she’s an expert on who they are. she has made some negative remarks about more than 1 front runner, she doesn’t understand that they were there to change their lives and they knew they had the talent to do so, so becoming bff’s with some girl who doesn’t have the talent wasn’t high on their priority list at the time. didi was decent in hollywood, wasn’t one of my favs by any means but she did well.

If Siobhan Magnus sings Helter Skelter, I do believe she will outshine all of the ladies tonight…..or most of them. She will sneak up on her competition and take them out one by one or even two by two…..SHE WILL ROCK YOU!
