Morning, all! Happy to report that there are as many Adam supporters as Adam haters over at Brian Mansfied’s blog (thanks to those of you who posted). I realize that not all Adam haters dislike Kris–I like him a lot. However, Brian Mansfied made the point that no one dislikes Kris, but many dislike Adam because of these so-called “mannerisms.” I don’t buy it, and I called him on it. He tried to defend himself this morning; no go, sorry. I like Brian a LOT, but I found his article insulting, and I am not backing down. I told him it on Twitter and I told him at the site. The only good news is that Adam will most likely come in at least 2nd, and we will get to see a lot of him on the tour. Said that, I want him to win (duh). But Kris and Adam are right now the best bets for the finale (though Danny isn’t going anywhere, alas).

I do not know HOW they will get through 10 (!) songs tonight, when they couldn’t do 8 of them. We’ll see. I think that they contestants won’t get judged until after they have sung twice; could be wrong about that.
I continue to wait for Adam to sing Dust in the Wind or similar to show off his entire range. I agree, he will probably do it Top 3. Next week, he will rock out with Slash, etal.

Sy Smith just said that she is at Idol rehearsal and Adam has raised the bar! How can he raise it any higher?
