Well, mine are different than what most people are guessing.
Anoop does NOTHING for me. He just seems like a really average singer and lacks and cool factor at all. Danny is great, but I’m afraid his sound is going to get tired and cliche after 12 weeks. He reminds me of Elvis Costello and I get bored with him fast too.
My picks are Adam, ‘Lil and….Jorge. Yeah, I know nobody is givin Jorge a chance, but I am telling you, next to Adam, he is probably the best pure singer in the group and he WILL lock up the latin vote.
Adam is an unknown in this whole thing. If he gives us 12 weeks of “Satisfaction” he won’t last. he neesd to not only show us that he can scream the rock, he needs to shwo us the beautiful side of his voice. Also, he will be walking a fine line between cool androgency and over-the-top drag-ism. All it takes is one performance where America decides he is a just TOO gay and he may be finished.
We’ll see, should be fun and Adam will DEFINITELY Put on a show the likes of which Idol has never seen (if things like “Crawl Thru Fire” are any indication.
Anoop won’t make it to the finals. His fan base isn’t big enough. Allison is more popular.

Well, I am only listing who I like, which is a personal preference: Adam, Jorge, Allison.
Wow it’s amazing that everyone is expecting Adam to be too gay in his performances. First of all Adam is not effeminate in the least when singing unless the performance such as Crazy Art for Life calls for it. I really don’t think people get how serious Adam is to be a recording artist and I think he’s smart enough to know that androgeny or dragism which he performed in Zodiac or Burning Man shows were for shock value and are not for mainstream America.
You all are going to be in for a serious let down I’m afraid. I don’t believe that Zodiac stuff is really Adam….he’s just living a performance. The only theme week where I can see him perhaps wearing his sparkly Bowie tshirt is 70′s week…yep that’s it. I won’t be disappointed that’s for sure because I want to see the true Adam ala Upright Cabaret with just a dose of Glam. I will be thrilled for just that.

I don’t like Danny at all and I really hope he is the shocker boot this season.
Anyways, I want to see a Matt/Adam finale. My third spot would be for Allison.
Mine picks are Matt, Adam, and Allison (or Megan). I agree with Titina. I want to see Matt and Adam finale.
I don’t like Danny either. I don’t think he’s that good.

My favorites this year are… Anoop, Adam, and I’m not sure about the third one – Matt G, maybe.

Anoop! Kris Allen and Adam. I’m still saying that Anoop has a big chance of winning. I think AI did a good job of scaring up his fan base into voting by announcing him last to perform on Thursday’s wildcard and last for a Top 13. Also, people like to see their idols transform into superstars as the show progresses and I think some nicer clothes and a haircut will boost Anoop’s chance. (By the way, I HATE every time that Kara mentions that someone is a damn package artist!)
I’m also rooting for Kris Allen! Even though I really like Adam, I don’t feel like voting for him since the producers are trying too hard to push certain idols on us!
I think so far, that is really apparent that the frontrunners are Danny, Adam, and Lil.. but I think at least two of these three will struggle in song choices, with themes, and will suffer by judges’ criticisms, or probably will make the viewers get bored, that ultimately will lead to their downfalls. That happened with Carly, LaKisha, Constantine, and Daughtry in the years passed..
anyway, when that happens, I hope Anoop, Matt, and Kris will emerge as new force to be reckoned with..!!
Adam, Anoop and Allison: they are amazing!! Not sure about Allison yet, but she was awesome singing Heart. But go ADAM!!!! or ANOOOOOP!!

I can’t see Adam having any issues with song choice, he seems to have a clear idea of who he is and what he can sing.
My top 3 are Adam, Allison and RICKY FRIGGIN BRADDY!!!!!
Anoop is my favorite by a mile.
Beyond that Lil, and then maybe Matt or Danny.

I think Danny, Matt & Anoop are all pretty similar, so it will be hard for 2 of them to make the top 3. Danny could be there instead of Matt. I’d go with a girl for the last position, since that always seems to happen and Lil seems like she has the best shot right now…but if one of the other girl keeps improving every week, she could easily move in.
My Top 3 are Adam, Danny and Matt.
I like Anoop, too, and I think he has a good fanbase, but it’s all a matter if those people vote for him. I think his fans greatly outnumber Michael Sarver’s, but they didn’t vote or else Anoop would have gone through over Sarver in Week 1.
Lil or Allison could possibly crack the Top 3, but I think we’re going to have a guys finale…
Adam, for sure, but the other two are hard for me. The guys kind of blend into one big bland, similar-sounding blob for the most part. I really liked JuNot and Jesse, but they are done. Maybe Megan and Jorge…?
My 3 favorites are: Adam, Allison, &… I don’t know yet. I don’t like the way Matt carries himself and for some reason he rubs me the wrong way. I HATED his Coldplay performance and it turned me off even more. But I have a feeling he’s going to grow on me, because I see potential and think he could be the most likely to entertain me.
I like Anoop, but don’t think he can keep me interested for 12 more weeks.
I LOVE Megam, but I think she’s going to have to continually pick perfect songs or she could bomb one week.
Alexis also has huge potential in my eyes, but I just need to see more of her to get a better look.
And Danny… I am interested to see… He’s annoyed me up unto this point, but I REALLY liked his take on Hero. So I was a hater, now I’m hopefully optimistic.
Lil is never going to sing songs I like, so it’s hard to get into her… Jorge the same. Scott is a nice story, but I don’t think he’s a very good singer. Kris wasn’t shown me anything, but I’ve heard he has a different side with his guitar, so I’ll keep an open mind. And Jasmine and Michael… shouldn’t be around long enough to comment on.
So if I had to pick, I’ll go with Adam, Allison, and Megan for now… But that’s subject to change

Won’t go into reasons as they are just my opinions. Time will tell.

Adam has the best voice, hands down. Allison has a great voice, and she and Alexis both have strong personalities, so I think two guys, one girl will make it to the Final 3, though I don’t think either will win.
Danny is very popular, but he is not as versatile as Adam. If Adam can tone it down a bit and end up as creative as Cook was, I say he takes it all. I think he deserves it. It IS possible that Matt could sneak in there…I like him a lot, but I don’t know if he can cover all of the genres.

I am not getting all of the hype over Adam. I am not a fan but I respect everyone’s opinions. My favorite 3 are Lil Rounds, Jorge Nunez, and it is a tossup for the 3rd spot. Maybe Alexis or Danny. I really wish that Mishavonna had been included in this bunch. She was my favorite vocal of the top 36.
My opinion so far – it may change later.
First three:
1. Megan. Different, beautifuly weird, unique, creative and interesting. Stands out the most from the crowd. I wish she has a chance to sing Bjork. Not the best vocal, but by far the most exciting and creative style.
2. Alexis. Similar to Megan. I need to see her more.
3. Danny and Matt. Soft interesting style, great vocals, gentle personality.
Last three (I hope to see them go)
1. Adam. I can’t stand this rocker style. Can’t stand this music and this stage personality. Unfortunately he is going to stay for a while carried by teenage votes.
2. Mike Sarver. Definitely the weakest singer of them all. Carried probably by rural conservative votes who want to see one of their kind on the show.
3. Jasmine. A nice girl, but represents the most boring and predictable music.

My top two are Adam and Allison. The third one interchanges between Anoop and Lil.
Top 3 = Adam, Kris, and Allison (yes, all from group 2, it was the strongest group, no doubt)
People severely underrate Kris and his potential with his guitar. Its something Idol really hasn’t seen before, not even in Jason Castro. Adam is a freak of nature and gay or not, people can’t deny his ridiculous talent. While we haven’t seen a ton of Allison, its hard to overlook how she killed that Heart song. Best performance of the season thus far, without a doubt. But personally, I think Adam and Kris, based on talent, style, and voting demographics will be the final two.
Just one more day til we all know what’s really up with this year’s contestants – instruments and their own arrangements baby. Its ON!
I don’t have a top 3, I have a top 2! And they would be Adam and Anoop! I’m absolutely in love with both of them. If I had to pick a third I’d go with Jasmine. But honestly, I think she’ll be voted out soon so I’m not going to get too attached.
Anoop is the only one I’m invested in at this point. I can just see him getting better and better as the competition moves forward.
