Actually I think it will be Jorge who gets it and I think he deserves it more than Ju’Not, really.

As I said, this would set up the following wildcard round

Guys who stand a chance: Anoop, Ricky and Matt G.
Girls who stand a chance: Megan and Felicia

People with no chance: Nick, Tatiana and whoever the 8th person is.

I would be comfortable with two of the guys and one of the two girls making the final 12. Not ideal but I don’t think the producers allow 3 guys to come out of the wildcard.

Sorry I took it a little off track but it is hard to answer one question without considering the other (i.e., who’s in the wildcard).

I don’t get the Scott love, either. I think it’s called VOTE FOR THE DISABLED CONTESTANT. I am sorry that he is visually impaired, he seems like a really nice guy, and props to him for going this far, but if you are solely basing anyone’s performance on vocal ability, you cannot tell me that he sounded better than Anoop, Ricky, Jorge, Matt G, or other guys (not to mention lots of girls). I think *Von* sounded better than Scott (Von was a nice surprise; no way did the judges expect that, or they wouldn’t have put him in the number one, he’s gone slot). And Ju’Not over Jorge? Maybe, but I don’t see/hear it.

I honestly think that Junot, Jorge, and Von all did better than Scoot, but I think Scott will get it based off of likability and what he has overcome.

I also really liked Kendall. She didnt have the biggest or most impressive voice, but I thought she did well and could be a great artist. Its not always about a big voice.

A few things to remember about the voting:
1) usually African-American contestants do better than Dial Idol shows…which helps Ju-Not. Possibly cause the people that use the software may be more of one type of demographic.

2) The entire country of Puerto Rico may have voted for Jorge, don’t forget what Hawaii did for that gal in season 3. Which may also skew the numbers on Dial idol.

3) Felicia has a huge underground fan base on par with Rick Braddy’, which showed in the raw numbers on dial idol, which is more important in the early rounds than later on.

4) The country vote is huge…and I sensed a VERY strong buzz on the net that Kristen’s performance was much better than she got credit far.

So the 3rd pick will be?… flip 2 coins! (: I’d have to go with Felecia.
