According to MJs Big Blog, Danny Gokey has been in Milwaukee for a few days because his Grandfather passed away. (Very sad news!)
MJ said that This Blogger , from Danny’s church, Faith Builders International reported the news. Here’s an exerpt:
“I just received a phone call from Danny this morning.
He was on his way back to California from a few days back in Wisconsin. Somewhat expected, Danny’s grandfather went to be with the Lord this past week. The funeral was yesterday in Milwaukee. Our prayers go out to Danny and the whole family.”
However, all references to Danny’s Grandfather have since been removed from the post.
In any event, our thoughts and prayers are with Danny at this difficult time. My prayers go out to you, Danny. Keep strong.

I swear I am going to be seriously disappointed in this site if anyone has the gumption to post a hateful coment about Danny’s losses. Sorry buddy prayin for ya.

i really feel sorry for him , its really hard , one of my best friends died during this summer and im still grieving till now , so how do u think he’s doing ? , what kills me r the horrible comments i read on this stupid website called vote for the worst , they were so unbelievibly cruel , but truth to be told , if he mentions that in the show ppl will hate him , im really scared cuz ryan may mention it not him , they should just say that he had a rough week , but i dont think its gonna affect him so much , i mean grand parents arent usaully that close , i may seem cold hearted but my granmother died two months ago and i felt sad but i didnt cry or anything , i even didnt wanna go to the fueniral but i was forced to , so he should be ok
