I have heard from a couple of different sources that American Idol Contestant, Jamar Rogers (Danny Gokey’s BFF) is Still in Los Angeles. …Here’s the scoop:
Sources are saying that Jamar did make the top 50, but was cut at the Chair episode. However, sources close to Jamar believe that he is back in Los Angeles because of American Idol.
I cannot confirm this yet of course, but why would American Idol want Jamar in Los Angeles?
1. A Replacement for the top 36 – maybe someone got the boot?
2. One of the coveted “Wild Card” positions?
3. Danny is just lost without his BFF and demanded he stay with him?
Oh, the possibilities are endless…
Of course, this is all rumors now, but if indeed he is in LA as part of American Idol, then my guess would be that he is to be part of the Wild Card show. This would be great news for fans of

or any other top 50er that was cut at the chairs. Maybe, just maybe, the Judges can choose from Anyone from all of the top 50 to include in a Wildcard show – say 10 or 12 contestants. Maybe after that one performance, the judges will pick their three to advance. Would be cool, no?

I really hope to see them pull at least 2 wild cards from those cut before the top 36. Namely Jamar and the Osmond guy.
He is in Milwaukee tonight at his church, not in Los Angelos. Very upsetting that he was kicked off. I don’t even want to watch American Idol anymore. He was bringing something fresh and interesting to the show.

Actually, rachel I’m pretty sure he’s in LA. There was a video of him and frankie on youtube talking about them getting kicked off, and He said he was in california. Unless he flew back this morning.
For the record, this is Jamar’s mother and he is still in LA, but not Idol related at all!!! But you have to admit, American Idol has caused quite a stir, huh?

Bring Jamar back for Wild Card! I was off of American Idol for a few seasons, but I was excited about Jamar and Anoop!
